The Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has established rules for medical marijuana cultivation facilities and dispensaries requiring all licensees to use STEMS to report any activity relating to the production, transportation and sale of medical marijuana.

To use STEMS, an HTML5-compatible browser is required. Select a logo shown on the right to download the desired software for one of the supported browsers. Questions regarding licensing and registration should be directed to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration Alcoholic Beverage Control. Questions regarding laboratories and testing should be directed to the Arkansas Department of Health.
